DIKDIMAS: Jurnal Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat with E-ISSN: 2830-2834 is a research, Community Service, and Empowerment Journal. DIKDIMAS is a peer-reviewed online journal. This journal accepts articles that integrate research findings with practical applications aimed at improving community well-being.

DIKDIMAS covers a wide array of multidisciplinary fields and provides a platform for research focused on society as well as the development of various sectors of life. The key areas of research included in the journal are:

  1. Public Health and Healthcare Systems
    Research on healthcare systems, health policies, and healthcare services to improve access, quality, and sustainability of healthcare delivery.
    Includes studies on disease control, healthcare service systems, and evidence-based health policies.
  2. Environmental and Occupational Health
    Research on the impact of environmental factors and occupational conditions on public health, including air quality, pollution, and workplace safety.
    Studies on environmental health policies, risk control, and preventive efforts to improve health in the workplace.
  3. Organizational Behavior and Human Resource Management
    Studies on organizational behavior, human resource management, and dynamics within organizations affecting human resource management, particularly in the health, social, and environmental sectors. Research on leadership, organizational culture, and capacity building in human resources to support social and environmental change.

    Research on applied psychology in social and health contexts, as well as the development of social support programs to improve the mental, emotional, and social well-being of communities.

    Social science research focused on community empowerment, social development, and policies that support sustainable social empowerment.
    Research on the impact of social policies, social inequality, and community empowerment programs.

    Research exploring environmental sustainability, such as sustainable resource management, climate change mitigation, and environmentally friendly practices that can be applied in communities and organizations.
